CurrentProductivity - Quality Improvement - Reduce costs - Increase Profits - Improve processes - as well as define and execute the key elements necessary for continued sustainable improvements. Implement processes and initiatives for improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Includes providing leadership and guidance via others implementing and applying yellow belt training to crew of 2nd layer of supervisors from all departaments as fundamental part to solve problems in a team enviroment. Produce operational and financial reports and plan of action utilizing Lean principals such as Visual Managment, Work Cells, Kaizen, Kanban, 5s, Value Stream Maps, Ishikawa, A3, SMED, One Point Lesson to improve productivity, increase process efficiencies, and reduce costs. Provide suport while monitoring projects from start to finish and effectively reports the progress and improvements achieved to personnel of varying levels. Ability to collaborate and effectively comunicate with multi-disciplinary personnel to perpetuate a culture dedicated to providing innovative solutions and continuous improvements in a team enviroment. Having leadership qualities, able to solve problems logically, ability to build and inspire a team, have a strong motivation to achieve goals with coworkers.
