Gerardo Benitez holds knowledge upon many areas of study. He carries several years of customer service experience, and has worked for many top corporations a part of the S&P 500 Index since the age of sixteen. His time at these companies has expanded his leadership skills, effectiveness in communication, and his eye for fine detail. Gerardo graduated top of his class with a 4.0 GPA ranking 58 among 809 students at Rancho Cucamonga High School. He went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of California Riverside. Here Gerardo concentrated on a large array of classes like Physics, Chemistry, Sociology, and Anthropology. Studying these diverse subjects, Gerardo discovered a curiosity for what other concentrations lied beyond Biology. He went on to study Nursing at Chaffey Community College and later Business Management at Arizona State University; before obtaining his Real Estate license in California. Gerardo’s interest in Real Estate was sparked through his families close ties in the industry. His mother works in Commercial Real Estate, and his older sister works in Residential and has gone on to form her own team. In addition, his extended family includes a handful of Residential Realtors, Brokers, Lenders, and soon to be Escrow company operators. Gerardo is a natural born leader and creative individual. In his free time he likes to exercise, read, and dabble in Graphic Design. His past courses of Architecture Design, Ceramics, and Graphic Design has aided in his ability to render ideas to life. Above all, Gerardo is driven, passionate, and caring. He views human connection vital from his past Peer Counseling course. Through this, Gerardo has learned the importance of listening to others and connecting with individuals on a deeper level.With his interest in creative projects and interacting on teams, Gerardo has moved towards the Project Management sphere. Here he has established a role as a Project Manager and has assisted on a variety of projects, events, and shoots for a wide range of large scale clients.
