Over 30 years of proven experience as a Tier 1 supplier, in the areas of manufacturing, quality, operations, logistics, maintenance, working on customer satisfaction improvement and achieving goals, objectives and planned results. Participating in more than 50 launches of new projects in the automotive industry, and the starting of 7 new plants, until get the IATF16949 certificate, all of this managing work teams of up to 140 members in a world-class manufacturing environment.My professional Goal is having an active participation on the development and growing of the organization, sharing over 30 years of experience in the industry at areas as Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, using 3 key components: 1)continuous improvement tools as daily key indicators, lean manufacturing, etc. 2)people development, helping them to understand, allow them to practice until achieving mastery 3)ensure accountable people are retained and recognized, understanding the needs of the organization as well as those of people inside and outside of work to allow them to be the best they can be in the role they hold. I like to challenge people and allow them to be creative while performing at the best of their capabilities.
