- Oversee the administration and leadership of production resources to ensure timely delivery of products with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Scrap Rate, and Productivity.- Develop and implement improvement projects, such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and other initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.- Confirm production processes with line leaders and operators to ensure seamless execution.- Plan and track employee attendance, vacation, certifications, and training programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.- Develop and implement plans for associate development and work closely with HR and Union representatives to ensure effective implementation.

Administrar información del cliente, tal como, órdenes de compra, pronósticos de producción(forecast), demanda, transmisión de demanda mediante los portales de cliente WEB-EDI, analizarsus variaciones, liderar la junta de capacidad con el equipo multidisciplinario y después crear deacuerdo con ello un plan de producción para cumplir los requerimientos de cliente.• Interactuar con los departamentos de producción, calidad, almacenes, finanzas, aduanas y controlde materiales para en caso de un posible impacto a las líneas para generar planes de acción quenos permitan alcanzar objetivos previamente definidos con cliente.• Liderar juntas de arranque de proyecto (tales como: JOHN DEERE, STELLANTIS, VW) de acuerdocon los requerimientos logísticos y de administración de la información definidos por el cliente.• Llevar a cabo el seguimiento a la facturación y la transmisión de ASN’s y conciliación de facturas.• Generar e interpretar hojas de datos.

Tracking of all Sales Content Projects managed by the whole administration team.Execute and deliver periodic reports, update and improve visibility including Working/Non-Working targets.Complete daily processing of purchase orders, and order changes, and provide necessary information to the upper management. This includes the duties of preparing and processing purchase orders, keeping records of POs, keeping customers' information up to date.Process invoices against the purchase orders. Ensure customers pay on time for every service or goods delivered.Process and set up all new customers and update contact information.Ensure effective communication between the Sales, production, and internal teams regarding projects, POs, and payment status.After Purchase Orders are created follow up on receiving them so the invoices can be paid and the goods or services will be recognized in the correct period.Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
