Responsible for buy and implementation of flexible assembly process automated to produce the Box complete assembly for a new truck RAM.Managing communications with all stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, suppliers, plant representatives, in order to create an accurate process and facilitate RAM Box, CNG, Gooseneck, etc.) using welding robots, sealing robots, material handling robots, plasma cutting robots and different kind of conveyors. Ability to develop systems which are capable to produce 3 different models plus 1 piloting for 5.7” Box, 6.4” Box & 8.0” Box assembly process. Leading a team of suppliers and engineers toward design, manufacturing, integration, testing, installation and final validation.Successful support during 2010 MY, 2012 MY & 2013MY Launch for Trucks. Responsible for development a flexible assembly process automated to produce the underbody for new JC-49 vehicle (Journey) using Versa-roll System from COMAU PICO industries capable to produce 3 different models plus 1 piloting, which it was the first Versa-roll designed & installed to produce Underbody assembly in the world. Leading a team of suppliers and engineers toward design, manufacturing, integration, testing, installation and final validation.Assembly process included rails assemblies, engine compartment, front & rear floor assemblies and several automation solutions, representing savings to the company by $ 5.0 million USD. Leading the actions between engineering, purchasing, suppliers, plant representatives.Successful support during Launch ramp for new JC-49 vehicle (Journey).
