Gerardo is in charge of Towa´s Culture Direction.He has been focused for the last 14 years in creating and shaping organizations with an outstanding cultural backbone, to provide well-being to every person involved with such enterprises, as members, clients or vendors.Gerardo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico.He spent five years as Co-founder and CEO of La Periferia Arquitectos (an Architecture, Design and Construction firm). After joining Towa in 2008, Gerardo is been working to improve every area of the organization, including new business development, hiring practices, retention strategy, new talent attraction and development.Gerardo´s mission in Towa is to integrate, align, boost and insert our reason to exist into the core of every person in Towa; also to care and nurture the fundamental values and beliefs that make this organization unique.
