I have been dedicated to athletics, sports competition, athletic performance, yoga and martial arts for most of my life. I grew up involved in sports since I was a little kid; from soccer to swimming to judo. Later on I played competitive tennis worldwide for several years until I suffered a knee injury that took me off the courts for almost one year. After recovering I was recruited as a collegiate athlete for SMU, Dallas, TX. After successfully graduating from university I have been a serious student of yoga, martial arts, human kinetics and nutrition. My passion and dedication to the study, practice and teaching of Martial Arts, Yoga, Mixed Movement and Nutrition made me decide to open my own facility and share with the local community as well as worldwide through online training my knowledge on how to live a fulfilling life.As a certified nutritionist I enjoy helping people achieve optimal body weight through new eating habits, scientific knowledge in the field of nutrition and a wide variety of physical techniques to obtain desired results. I’m still an avid practitioner, teacher and student. I do love to share my knowledge with others and help them achieve their goals and believe in themselves.
