CurrentThis hotel complex features 755 luxury guest rooms and 16 suites encompassed with a multi-story main building, with two wings, three sets of separate buildings along with a Marina, Golf Course and other operation support facilities. My responsibility is the administration of a full maintenance operation with a group of 62 employees with six supervisors, two Managers and two Adm. Asst. in order to provide the full maintenance of the property, permits, construction projects and Improve in the reduction of energy and utility cost for the property.All of the hotel's building are constructed of steel reinforced concrete, and cement blocks with flat roofs made of reinforced concrete, and insulated with built-up roofing. The combined gross square footage of the building is approximately 926,620 square feet in a total of 500 acres.
