Gerardo has developed his professional career collaborating with leading property development clients and offices practising at the forefront of engineering, planning and architecture worldwide.Gerardo has extensive experience in directing complex projects and leading the work of large multidisciplinary teams. He provides diverse private and public sector organisations with expert advise on the formulation, management and delivery of forward-looking development visions, programmes and spatial plans. His proven skill in integrating architecture, urban planning, engineering, and landscape expertise into sustainable placemaking solutions has enabled Gerardo to lead unique projects across the UK, EMEA, South East Asia, and the Americas.Gerardo has specialised knowledge in the fields of housing and urbanism. In 2005, he was awarded a PhD degree in recognition of his research into the origins of the spatial, urban, and political reasons underlying housing debates and practices in western societies today.
