Proper prioritization is crucial because of the impact and severity each case might have. This is parallel with time & resource management. Handle positive relationships with customers and different organizational leads (mainly HR & IT) in order to maintain & improve HRIT services and enhance customer satisfaction. Clear understanding of business processes so that compliance is met with internal/external auditing. Due to the extensiveness of Workday, teamwork is required to met desired outcome with other modules. Great team building skills have been acquired due to this as well as knowledge in other modules like payroll, security, hcm, & integrations. Proactive involvement in Workday Releases. Investigate new material and tools that could possibly enhance our current configuration and review how new mandatory changes change our current setup. Work with other analyst to thoroughly test as well. Experience with service delivery, Service Now, Change Log & Excel. Projects:- Actively participated in the implementation of Time & Absence modules for Germany & Sweden. On site support from my end was provided to these countries and point of contact for post go live activities for Germany.

Participate in procurement business process: identify internal needs based on request from internal customers (colleagues), agree on need, request and obtain authorization for purchase, identify suppliers, obtain quotes and samples, agree with internal customer on price/quality/time delivery/amounts, establish payment methods if new supplier was elected, select vendor, create and establish payment order, receive goods, internal customer signs off goods, invoice finalization, and payment. (Review import cases due to special requirement and special process). Supplier database Project: create a database that contains all of the company’s suppliers and their information. (Address, contact, email, activity, etc) Establish usage priority and estimate amounts of payments. Purchasing Orders in SAP: purchasing orders were managed in SAP. Basic knowledge of this module.

Translations: Support to different areas within the company with translating documents from English to Spanish and vice versa. Capacitation: Create and develop capacitation material for courses that are given within the company. Manage material inventory of all the courses. Hiring: Support in the registration of newly hired in system and documentation. Archive documents of company personnel. Annual Convention Project: Support in the logistics of people, material, and wines. Coordinate events, meeting rooms, presentations, among other functions.
