- Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects.- Conduct project site visits and attend pre-bid site meetings during bidding process to learn scope of work and understand site conditions/restrictions.- Obtaining material and equipment quotes from suppliers. Sourcing and delivery of materials.- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

- Develops the yearly budget for fleet maintenance and manages expenses to achieve budget goals. Prepares capital improvement request list for equipment repair/replacements.- Maintain parts department, inventory levels to company standards.- Managing vehicle licensure and registration as well as ensuring insurance is current. Updating and maintaining vehicle maintenance records.- Maintains fleet inventory systems with accurate operating and maintenance data to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely repair of fleet vehicles and equipment.- Follows all safety policies and procedure, participates with the team to achieve safety goals.

- Work with multiple divisions throughout the supply chain, customer service, transportation and third-party teams meeting all key performance indicators and customer expectations within the final mile operations. - Prepare purchase order for fleet parts and accessories.- Maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.- Follows all safety policies and procedure, participates with the team to achieve safety goals.

- Develops proper methods, work instructions, and visual aids for the manufacturing method to ensure quality, output, and efficiency of the production system.- Ensure that the necessary machinery and equipment is delivered and installed to meet the required process capacity.- Analyzes engineering change proposals and based on these notifies the project leader of the impact on equipment and tooling.
