About Gerardo Sanchez

Military trained professional currently working at D Construction as a Heavy Equipment Service Manager. I have over 12 years in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Logistics in the United States Marine Corps. I have been a mentor and supervisor for the last 9 of those years. I am very results oriented and enjoy the opportunities that the Marine Corps has offered me in the way of helping other people to better themselves. I would love to find a career where I can exhibit my strengths while helping other people to best utilize their own. I feel that teaching, instructing, and coaching are the best ways to do so. I have dealt with the repaired of heavy equipment assets, troubleshooting, shipping, receiving and storage in millions of dollars in Marine Corps assets. Some other billets I've done include Company GySgt, military occupation specialty Advisor/Instructor, Engineer Equipment Maintenance Chief, Engineer Equipment Floor Chief and Platoon. I am a student of leadership and love interaction with people. My leadership philosophy is about my service to others rather than others serving me.
