- Assisted in the development of a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter) to provide a better digital university experience for 30,000 AUT students.- Developed a secure Web API solution (C# ASP.NET core), with OAuth 2.0 Authentication, to surface confidential student data from the university’s extensive Data Warehouse.- Developed a chatbot solution (C# Microsoft Bot Framework) targeting multiple knowledge bases (QnA Maker), and using a Natural Language processor (LUIS) to filter questions by intent.- Provided Power BI reporting on key chatbot analytics (e.g. answer accuracy), to help content managers train the chatbot with a greater degree of knowledge.
