A Psychologist with over fifty years of professional experience and graduate education from Columbia University (M.Ed.) and Stanford University (Ph.D.)Over fifteen years of academic experience in teaching, research, and administration in higher education and over twenty years in top-level management positions in the private sector, my current endeavor aims toward individual career coaching and mindfulness-based professional coaching.I am an Executive Coach certified by the Center for Creative Leadership (Greensboro, North Carolina); I have conducted many leadership development workshops and provided individual executive coaching for top management in several companies. I have also been a psychological counselor, workshops facilitator, and lecturer.I have been studying and practicing mindfulness as an effective life-changing resource to coach people who want to reach a healthy level of wellness but who do not necessarily need psychotherapy.
