Responsible for managing and lead Purchasing Team for Regional Business Units from Dallas-Milwaukee-Minnesota. Lead purchasing activities in support of production and Creation’s operational requirements, at the functional or Business Unit level. Team resource development, supplier management, and drive procurement best practice and processes. Build positive relationships with internal and external customers, and support corporate strategic initiatives for Supply Chain.- Partner with leadership to ensure that buying practices and processes meet customer needs and cost targets.- Provide coaching/training of Buyers in support of standardized processes and lead the roll-out of buying initiatives- Coach and mentor a Team of dedicated Buyers.- Escalation point for part shortages and issues that impact delivery commitments to the customers.- Interface between the Buyers and the Planning team to ensure activity is coordinated and aligned for optimum impact.- Responsible for deploying and continuously monitor Team KPI’s.- Work with the entire Supply Chain team to drive and coordinate local cost reduction activities and inventory reduction plans in support of EBITDA targets.- Support corporate strategic initiatives for Supply Chain (material cost reductions, supplier discounts).- Track supplier performance and lead supplier improvement plans (quality, delivery, and service) in support of the Region’s KPI.- Maintain relationships with all key suppliers, leveraging those relationships for continuous improvement of product costing, quality, delivery, and service. Lead business reviews with those suppliers on a regular basis.- Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

- Collaborate with other Material Managers to determine supply needs.- Complete KPI reporting for QDIP- E&O inventory tracking in order to assure the payaback from our customers (RMA or scrap).- Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material.- Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization.- Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.- Relationship and negotiate with suppliers.- Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.- Assist in forecasting to plan future orders.- Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications- Planning and Customer Service.- C-TPAT

- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.- Evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.- Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.- Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.- Explore alternate sources for goods and materials.- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.- Undertake research on and evaluate existing and new suppliers.

- Determine the purchasing needs of the organization.- Negotiate directly with vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options.- Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks. Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments.- Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance.

- Provide customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.- Improve customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay.- Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.- Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines.- Be involved in performing some financial related and marketing transactions.
