Key responsibilities:-In charge of the logistics shared services center team looking for orchestrate and contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of procurement and distribution strategies to ensure cost-effective processes for transportation services.-Oversee the end-to-end OTR transportation activities for 120k services per year for several customers.-Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the carriers’ network and customers at all organizational levels to deliver mutual benefits aligned with business objectives.-Negotiate the best possible pricing and terms with vendors, ensuring compliance with company directives.-Ensure transparency and traceability in negotiations and commitments, always aligned to the HSSE and compliance policy.-Identify and implement continual operational improvement initiatives looking for increasing capacity of transportation equipment and market control.-Leading the business monthly review with customers & suppliers.-Report the KPIs to the Managing Director.

Key responsabilities:-Lead the CRM team through the implementation of the business plan by delivering a consistent service level, adapting the supply chain to the demanding and changing customer environment and ensuring sufficient operational capacity to deliver business needs.-Be accountable for delivering logistics operational cost budget, ensuring that best-in-class controls and governance are in place.-Select, manage, evaluate and develop long-term relationships with third-party service providers.-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company is providing cutting-edge logistics solutions.-Design and launch the sales project for air and sea services.-Handle the inventory of shipments located in the Querétaro’s cross-dock 30k mts2, optimizing space and resources.-Report the KPIs to the Viceprecident of Operations.

Key responsabilities:-Handle the efficient assignation of transportation services according to the geographical locations of the suppliers.-Ramp up of cross-docks in different areas of the country to achieve coverage for 300 delivery points.-Creation of transportation metrics (KPI), keeping the supplier within the SLA agreed with the client.-Follow up to the reverse logistics team.-Ensure the correct quotation and negotiate of rates for land services with the suppliers. -Supervise the routing plan of deliveries for 3k last mile services monthly. -Design operation and security procedures according to the compliance.-Report the KPIs to the Transportation manager and Site operations director.

Key responsabilities:-Leading the operations team: 2 production plants with 3 BU (die cutting, plastics and Electronic components), +8k national and export/import services annually.-Orchestrate the logistics design of run milk routs and circuits looking for the optimization and cost-effective operations.-Control over the transportation expenses looking for operational savings.-Report KPIs to Transportation and materials manager (Logistics quote, OTA, OTD, Premium Freight).

Key responsibilities:-Guarantee the correct flow of materials for sea, air and road shipments for 2 industrial plants Tier 1 & Tier 2.-Collaborate on the clearance processes for import/export services.-Impo/Expo of assets.
