*Responsibilities: 20,000 spare parts inventory management, 5 branch offices around the country, 10 direct and 3 indirect people in my charge, Import-export, Customer service, Purchasing.*Achievements: Development of new packaging suppliers and custom brokers, improving lead time on spare part importing from eight to four days. Implementation of 5’S methodology , identifying $100,000usd in useful tools that were out of inventory, clean areas and locations added to speed up deliveries preparation. Generated KPI´s(Key Performance Indicators) to measure improvements.

*Responsibilities: 5,000 locations control, 6,900 movements by month, responsible of 20,000 square meters building and $6.5 million dollar inventory. Up to 4 direct and 22 indirect people in charge. *Achievements: FIFO(First In First Out) Implementation, improving absorption and 20% less movements. Min Max implementation on corrugates inventory. Procedure creation and improvement, notable improvement on audit process thanks to motivation and team empowerment.

*Responsibilities: Owner of the Master plan(1,500 items aprox. 40M dollar sales annual) and customer service representatives supervisor (up to 5 direct reports). Responsible for ensuring effective production, material availability caring cash flow. Training and development of people in my charge.*Achievements: Better use of trailers from 75% to 94% complete deliveries negotiating with customers. Improved on-time deliveries from 85% to 96% thanks to a project with minimum and maximum safety stock, reorder points, forecasts and customer visits. Teamwork with sales improving margins from 15% to 25% for one of our clients. Improved uptime (time spent running the machine) through better planning, clear distribution of information and negotiations with customers. Challenge operations making the program are met and recover delays. Schedule shifts and overtime control. Creating quality procedure for managing orders. * Responsibilities: master plan scheduler, following up material availability and reviewing the information was correctly loaded in to the system, forecast accuracy, ERP/MRP control in oracle. *Achievements: Participated on different Lean Manufacturing projects, getting recognition for saving $5 million dollars on a lay out proposed.

* Responsibilities: Production planner up to 5 lines, and responsible of 4 suppliers. *Achievements: Uptime improvement, Project of cost reduction: just in time supply of carton.

* Responsibilities: Unique CSR in the plant responsible of supplying all the Distribution Centers and two direct customers(Aston Martin and John Deere). Followin deliveries, quantities, shipments and service, loading purchase orders into oracle and following them up.*Achievements: satisfied customers thanks to ASN, follow up and arranged database.
