Immigration Paralegal
CurrentResponsible for corporate immigration cases, including H-1B petitions, Immigrant petitions, PERM applications, adjustments of status applications, and other employment-based petitions and applications by:• Providing case management and file preparation support for non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings and gathering and organizing supporting documents.• Preparing, organizing, and filing applications and petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Labor Condition Applications and PERM Applications with the U.S. Department of Labor.• Ensuring that attorneys working on the matter have all necessary information available to them in a timely manner.• Maintaining all physical elements of the matter and use database tracking system for timely filing of extensions, petitions, and applications in an organized, efficient, and accurate manner.• Contacting USCIS for case status and issues.• Interpreting at USCIS employment based interviews and preparing Spanish speakers Foreign Nationals with their visa interviews.• Providing translations of Spanish documents, including birth certificates, marriage certificates and educational transcripts as needed
