• Responsible for corporate immigration cases, including H-1B petitions, Immigrant petitions, PERM applications, adjustments of status applications, and other employment-based petitions and applications by:
• Providing case management and file preparation support for non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings and gathering and organizing supporting documents.
• Preparing, organizing, and filing applications and petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Labor Condition Applications and PERM Applications with the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Ensuring that attorneys working on the matter have all necessary information available to them in a timely manner.
• Maintaining all physical elements of the matter and use database tracking system for timely filing of extensions, petitions, and applications in an organized, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Contacting USCIS for case status and issues.
