As part of the company's Digitalization Strategy, I was responsible for the SAFe Implementation, using Lean and Agile (Scrum) methodologies and transforming the vision from Project to Product. Lead digitalization initiatives to create MVPs and maturing them and responsible of the Agile Centers to fulfill the needs of the Project Portfolio. I was in charge of the transformation to become a data-driven country, involving from the Data Architecture, to Data Analytics and finally Business Intelligence using powerful visualization tools like PowerBI and Cognos.

As leader of the IT Project Management Office, I managed the Project Portfolio with more than 100 projects per year. Also as the Governance entity in IT, I was responsible for Finance Controlling of a budget of 25+ Million euros and Vendor Management.Designed and Implemented the project framework from scratch and evolved it into a mature PPM Solution for better information centralization, analysis and visualization. Achieving 94% Delivery on time (+20%) and IT Cost objective above target, representing +3M Euros on savings during this time.

With the growth of eCommerce, this role focused on implementing key eCommerce projects and Application Support for Amazon and Mercado Libre, which allowed the information to flow between parties. This information was handed over first hand to final customers to provide Waybill number, Tracking visibility and improve customer experience. This role involved working with OPS teams and visiting different customer facilities to perform and on site assessment to design the best Operational and Technical solution.

In this role, I was responsible of Projects and Support of Applications that allowed our customers to be interfaced with our systems, using both global and local eTools to automate processes and allow massive information integration for shipment, tracking, booking, etc.Examples of customer implemented were: Natura, Banamex, LG Mobile, LG Repairs, Privalia, Linio, Herbalife, Adidas, Grupo Inditex and many others.

Responsible for Project Management and support for Finance, including Accounting and OTC.Achievements:• Improvements and support for Genesys Software for Collection.• Billing dashboard that showed the flow of waybills through SCL, DCVS, DSD and ACRE.• Solution and support for SAP interfaces with other systems.
