Responsible of Marketing Device Strategy for 3 business units: Devices, Accessories and Insurance leading a 30 people team and managing a budget of $20 M Mx.• Defining and leading the execution of a sales plan to overcome a revenue of $ 1 B USD, during 2019 analyzing and taking market opportunities.• Innovating the devices portfolio and accessories improving efficiency in 40 and 50% of SKUs respectively and getting savings in working capital of $ 12.5 M USD.• Negotiating volumes, models to launch and prices with the main cell phone OEMs such as Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, Apple, etc., reaching sales of 5M units during 2019.• Developing and implementing the sell in - sell out plan according to the needs of each of the sales channels, achieving 101% of the revenue plan in 2019.• Designing a device pricing strategy that allowed us to have a growth of 38 percentage points in the margin of the device business unit (-20% ´17 & + 18% ´20).leading and coordinating a cross-strategy between the Prepaid, Postpaid, Enterprise and Devices business units that led us to achieve EBITDA + in the last quarter of 2019.

Responsible for the devices technological strategy, through the leadership of a team of 14 people and managing an operating budget of $ 5M Mx.• Implementing a technology strategy that allowed the early adoption of VoLTE technology to AT&T users, achieving 60% acceptance and generating savings of more than 8 M USD in the last two years.• Designing and leading the certification process for devices and SIM Cards, accomplish the launching of an average of 80 models per year from the main brands such as Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, etc. and ensuring the technological evolution plan of the company. • Developing and implementing the quality assurance process, generating annual savings of more than $ 2M USD.

Responsible for the technological strategy of devices and implementation of product and services through the leadership of a team of 12 people..• Leading the device technology strategy during several important stages of changes in the company such as the implementation of 3G technology, the merger of the Iusacell and Unefon infrastructures, the development and launch of the GSM network, the merger of the Nextel and Iusacell, ensuring the user experience of more than 4 million subscribers.• Designing and leading the certification process for devices and SIM Cards, achieving the launching of an average of 60 annual models from the main brands such as LG, Samsung, Kyocera, etc. completing the technological evolution plan.• Developing and setting up the quality assurance process for device shipments, obtaining annual savings of $ 1.2M USD.• Being in charge of the product and services implementation for the three business units (postpaid, prepaid and enterprise).
