You can see the location on a map and the speed in case it is moving (attached to a video).• I adapted the use of an APP and the integration of a print controller in POS devices to charge for the sale of services and generate tax documents. In 2021 we managed to import and sell more than 500 of these devices throughout Chile.• In 2020, I created an online academy to better teach Android development. This has allowed me to have part of my team now accompany me in the development of solutions using this environment.• In 2018 I developed a prototype to virtualize gift cards in a Mobile App, then I sold the solution to a Cencosud service provider and I am currently working on the Frontend of this project. Today more than 500,000 people use the APP to make purchases at associated stores and it continues to grow actually.• During the last 4 years, it has developed Mobile Apps integrated with payment methods such as Stripe, Transbank (which is like Stripe in Chile), use of APIs, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Maps, Authentication with Facebook, Google, Apple, biometric access, SQLite, among other services that improve the user experience, user and the approach of technologies to the community.

• The position in this company was closely related to developing and modifying a bank system in Citibank Colombia for VAT collection. At that time the percentage of VAT changed and some things had to be updated for the collection of taxes from bank customers.• I was entrusted to analyze the entire system to validate that the changes to be made will not affect its operation and its communication with other platforms.• Documented the entire problem and its solution.• I was responsible for the development and implementation of the new improvements.• Communicated directly with software vendors to manage improvements.• Direct management with SIT, UAT, and Production for the implementation of the new solution.• Analyzed management indicators of the projects assigned to me.• Managed to put the new system into production with its updates and demonstrate according to expectations.• In this job I used C# .NET, MS Team Foundation, MS Project, and Word, as well as other bank-specific systems to manage project processes.

• Led a project to migrate some internal systems of the bank, after the merger of Corp Banca to Banco Itaú. • Led the development and production of Cobol applications and their communication with the Windows environment through cross-platform message queues. • I designed several processes and procedures for the use of the sites to be migrated. • I analyzed the management indicators to control the times and meet the established deadlines.

• This was my first challenge to put my knowledge as a PMP into practice since I had to analyze the documentation of a project that had already started and extract the time indicators of the project, resources invested and deliver a report to the CEO to validate how the project was going.• After my analysis it turned out that the project was unfeasible because 85% of the budget had been spent in only 4 months and there were at least 6 additional months to finish. In addition, the project did not consider that Bootstrap was being implemented in the frontend and it was not compatible with IE 8, which was the browser used by the company because they had not been migrated yet.• After all this discovery, I was given the direction of the project and its management.• Here I fulfilled two functions in the same position.
