Current• Supervised a team of 30 in all aspects of Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) departments in order to perform and certify official software releases.• Created a corporate-wide Quality Management Plan based on ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI standards in order to increase access to international markets and government projects, maintain consistently dependable processes, and guarantee less wasted time, materials, and efforts. • Developed metrics used for ISO compliance across all departments to achieve ISO certification.• Planned and executed the implementation of CMMI Level 3 for 2010 to lower software productivity costs and increase customer satisfaction. Reassessed and reapproved in 2013 for entire company across all locations and offices.• Created a company-wide Development Process Plan (DPP) document that resulted in defining a corporate-wide methodology for software design and development.• Wrote corporate implementation plan to include audits, metrics, UML diagrams, etc. and ensured compliance with IEEE 12207 lifecycle definitions. • Deployed a corporate-wide CM and QA Plan based on IEEE 12207 standards. • Developed and defined corporate processes for bug tracking, ISO preventative and corrective actions, contracts, non-disclosures, software releases, proposals, software shipments, and official document releases.• Implemented “Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (D8)” for root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Enhanced security and flexibility with Version Management system, including writing custom plugins to prevent unauthorized actions and end-to-end encryption. • Managed the implementation of Serena TeamTrack for process management of multiple departments including Contracts, Purchasing, QA, IV&V, ISO, Engineering, Shipping, and Configuration Management.• Overhauled Problem Tracking system by migrating data to Serena TeamTrack process management system.
