As Head of Online Safety for Disney Interactive, I was the first employee in The Walt Disney Company's history to help protect kids and families in the area of peer to peer online or internet safety. In this position, I worked very closely and in collaboration with Disney Interactive's Guest Experience (Customer Services) department and our various interactive products production teams to ensure that online safety was en-grained into our customer services and the amazing and various interactive products that bear the Disney name. I also externally advocated online safety on behalf of The Walt Disney Company and Disney Interactive working closely with our corporate Public Policy team. In 2014, my position was eliminated as part of a massive operational restructuring. The Disney organization was a great place to work and I hoped that I helped this iconic global entertainment company to implement safety changes that will keep kids safe and that Walt would be proud of.

As BCLC first eGaming Lottery Investigator, I was the project coordinator for all eGaming security projects and initiatives, and responsible for internal and external liaison with other departments and regulatory organizations for eGaming matters. I developed and managed the security policies and procedures for the PlayNow online website for BCLC. I investigated and mentored other lottery investigators in all eGaming lottery investigations. I sat on a number of internal committees, including the BCLC Privacy Committee and the Pre-Qualification Procurement Committee for online gaming vendors.

I co-founded Crashteams Inc., a global collision reconstruction consultancy group. My role was the operations manager responsible for financial, marketing and human resource management of the global head office. I was also responsible for supervising business development, including associate (partnership) marketing and sales, and coaching and mentoring individual associates productivity. I remain on the Board of Directors for the company.

I managed the Kamloops Regional Forensic Collision Reconstruction department, including financial and human resource management for the unit. I was responsible for training and development of support collision analysts in other regional centers. I was also accountable and managed workflow distribution, technical and written analysis of subordinates, and performance reviews for team members. I was also a senior instructor with the RCMP Pacific Region Training Centre instructing various technical and non-technical training courses to police officers from across Canada. I advocated motor vehicle safety and collision reconstruction to young people through school talks and adult through various speaking opportunities, such as Rotary groups.I belonged to a number of municipal and provincial committees, and co-lead a tactical police unit. I represented the South East District Regional RCMP in a provincial government working group regarding impaired driving. I represented the Kamloops RCMP in the Kamloops Safer Cities planning and working group, which focused on improving roadways in the city of Kamloops for various user groups. From 2003 to 2007, I was the assist team leader for the Kamloops Regional Emergency Response Team responsible for intervention planning and deployment for emergency situations.
