Over 650 multilingual staff ordered their new badge on the very first launch day, increase in staff pride and anecdotal evidence of improved guest experience.Key input in The Star’s Chinese Brand, with“Aozhou Xing Yi”, 澳洲星亿 launched in September 2018 enhancing recognition in China. Designed requirements for The Star’s Chinese digital platforms omnichannel presence, enabling establishment of new WeChat company account and Chinese Website, fundamental requirements to enable access to the market.Chinese Credit/Debit Card Union Pay optimisation. Result: 100% acceptance of CUP across all Hotels and F+B outlets, ATM network technical upgrade - resulting in CUP withdrawals recovery of over AUD 7 million in 6 months.

As Executive committee member, managed all FAMI Group Holdings initiatives and associations in and related to China. This included servicing the multiple Australian China associations, chambers and government initiatives in Australia and China. My role was the key liaison between RMR’s portfolio of offeringsand target market in Asia, in particular in China.
