I am a highly experienced senior leader and human resources professional with extensive background in organizational development, organization design, performance management, change management, employee development and learning.My tenure includes over 20 years successfully leading teams and departments in designing and implementing both program based and project based human resource strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to apply my knowledge at specialist, mid–management and senior management levels.
