As a well-versed real estate professional with over 20 years of international experience, I have led large-scale real estate and urban development projects across a variety of asset classes. My expertise includes everything from acquisition to disposition, combining a creative mindset with strong analytical skills.As a Sloan Fellow (Executive MBA) from MIT, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and practical know-how to my work.The last 5 years I spearheaded the transformation of the former Gdansk Shipyard, setting out a compelling vision, development the brand and driving community participation. I led our masterplan efforts to turn the 16ha historic site into a mixed-use district with a total investment value of 500+ million euro. At the same time I oversaw the development of individual projects and successfully brought them to market. In Gdansk I let a dedicated cross-functional team and oversaw the work of our external partners, such as architects, construction managers and real estate agencies.
