I’m a highly creative and dedicated cinematographer, photographer and media manager with a passion for using innovative camera technology.I previously owned a video production company (New Era Media) in Australia for 10 years. After merging with Floodlight Media in 2017, I worked closely with the team to deliver multi-platform projects for Australian and International clients.My niche since 2009 has been the booming renewable energy industry. I’ve produced vision and brand assets for clients such as AGL, Tesla, Neoen, Siemens, Vestas and H2U, on wind farms, commercial solar, big battery projects and the emerging hydrogen industry.
Mid 2018 my partner and I moved to Vancouver Canada where I spent 18 months working on US medical drama series The Good Doctor and various other productions.I moved back to Australia in March 2020 to work with Ignite Digi based in Hobart, Tasmania. They design, manufacture and sell premium camera and gimbal accessories that support professionals in the film and tv industry globally. My roles include content creator, marketing and on set operator to help push their advanced manufacturing and film services.Career highlight moment:
Elon Musk personally tweeted my Tesla star time-lapse video. During his visit to South Australia at the Tesla energisation press event for the largest lithium-ion battery in the world, he used the Hornsdale highlights video on stage as he addressed the worlds media. Following the event, the press package I put together was shared by news networks such as The New York Times, Washington Post, Al Jazeera and BBC News.
