The Civic Futures programme is a Fellowship facilitated by Koreo, Dark Matter Labs and The Young Foundation, in partnership with the Greater London Authority, designed to bring together people who are active in civil society across London, to explore the skills, tools, methodologies, and relationships that we need to build emerging futures.

Coordinated the early stage development of Barking and Dagenham Giving, a new partnership between funders, donors and civil society leaders to bring together the people, ideas and investment that are needed to strengthen the community of Barking and Dagenham.

I led on the development and the delivery of several strategic priorities of the Council. Specifically, my role focused on:- Leading on the development and delivery of the Council's new strategies for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector; and for cohesion and integration;- Advising and shaping the vision for the Council’s core strategy on citizen Participation and Engagement;- Commissioning the social infrastructure support service in line with the council’s new strategy for the third sector;- Managing strategic relationships and governance between the Council, external funders and Participatory City Foundation in the framework of the UK's largest participation initiative 'Every One Every Day' (www.weareeveryone.org).

This systemic inquiry draws on a number of theoretical influences, from the capability approach, critical theory and pragmatism to evaluate the impact of four ICT4D interventions on the wellbeing of Indigenous communities in Guyana.

Produced research and developed programmes to engage Members of the European Parliament, civil servants, NGOs, business leaders, the press and high ranking military officers. Delivered a number of conferences and events aimed at increasing political attention to the human risk of environmental degradation, and shaping EU climate, foreign, trade and security policies.
