Assisting hangar management at RNLAF "Logistiek Centrum Woensdrecht" in preparing personnel for upcoming organizational changes caused by concentration of all RNLAF intermediate and depot level aircraft maintenance at Woensdrecht Air Base.Before, I had the privilege of working with a team of aircraft maintenance technicians in performing complex modifications to F-16 fighter aircraft. My main responsibilities were optimizing the process and coaching personnel in order to reduce lead time and production cost, with strong emphasis on the use of Lean Manufacturing tools in all stages of the process.

As part of bachelor degree Technical Business Administration worked on improvements in working capital position at Van Gansewinkel region Zuid-Holland.Graduated on developing a postacquisition evaluation model for Van Gansewinkel Groep.
