Responsible for great cost reductions in Non Product Procurement (NPP) (>500k on a yearly basis)- Contractor: legal and financial management of all NPP contracts. - Responsible for banking, tendering/selection and operational management. Various risk analysis for "insurance versus own risk" decisionmaking. - Legal responsible; lawsuits around claims and bad debts. Direct contacts with lawyers. Set up of general terms and conditions and scanning of conditions of customers and suppliers.- Responsible for Pensions; I managed the transition of our Pension scheme from defined benefit end loan to mid loan based (2007). All negotiations with trade unions and works council.- Real estate management of all properties. Negotiations and contracting with lessors/lessees, brokers and governments - Fleetmanager (>100 cars); contact with leasecompanies/-advisors, tendering, contracting.- (co) responsible for Due Diligence execution around acquisition of EAS B.V. and Sanicentragroup + integration for all mentioned focus areas.
