In this role I directly assisted our CFO on various Financial matters.- Responsible for the design and implementation of the Planning&Control cyclus and KPI reporting- Execution of reporting on periodical basis - Manage a financial department with 15 employees (EAS B.V. 2003) - Implementation of Margin Control reporting; specific margin control analysis and internal benchmarking and discussion with management.- Cost Control; tendering, negotiations. Responsible for great cost reductions in Non Product Procurement (NPP) (>500k on a yearly basis)- Contractor: legal and financial management of all NPP contracts. - Responsible for banking, tendering/selection and operational management. Contactpersoon for account management- Risk Manager; tendering/selection and contact person for insurance companies. Various risk analysis for "insurance versus own risk" decisionmaking. - Legal responsible; lawsuits around claims and bad debts. Direct contacts with lawyers. Set up of general terms and conditions and scanning of conditions of customers and suppliers.- Responsible for Pensions; I managed the transition of our Pension scheme from defined benefit end loan to mid loan based (2007).
