Responsible for Signify’s global business (turnover, margin, growth) and IoT/SaaS portfolio in indoor location systems with customers around the globe enabled by ecosystem of 20+ partners for both hardware (interoperable fixtures) as well as software (maps, apps, IT integration). I frequently interface with our regional and national sales and marketing teams to ascertain customer needs, market trends, and evaluate sales performance. I set out the product/pricing strategies, convert customer insights into value propositions, drive the innovation pipeline and engage with customers across markets and segments.I have taken indoor location services from the establishment of the Corporate Venture Indoor Location (technology transfer from Philips Research) to development of Minimum Viable Product (light based indoor positioning) and subsequent portfolio extensions (BLE, maps, asset tracking) by leading a cross functional team of 20+ people including project manager, architect, sales engineers and cloud and mobile software developers. Notable highlight includes the co-development with Zebra Technologies, which introduced a range of compatible barcode scanning devices, and the subsequent global team-up between our sales teams. I scaled and integrated Indoor location services into our Systems & Services business unit.

Leading the integration of the lighting controls business Cooper Lighting EMEA into Signify. Managed program of 10+ workstreams covering EDI go-live, data migration, customer and supply chain transfer.
