Experience in all company operations e.g. recruitment, training, health & safety, accounting, production, dispatch, estimating, design, engineering etc. Responsible for sales targets, budget forecasts, marketing spend and usual household tasks associated with the tech sales and marketing functions. With a minimal budget I had to market this innovative SME. I had to get up to speed on all construction theory quickly to enable to sell to the specifier market. I gained great management experience sitting in on all board meetings and solely responsible for the sales/marketing function. We enjoyed the boom times when offsite construction was in its prime and all made a small company very succesful in a short time. What a great team of people. Thanks to all for the good times and I intend to keep in contact with most because I have no doubt we will work together in the future. It is a small industry afterall.
