Optimum value creation for all stakeholders is at the core of every challenge I take on and therefore I apply a holistic view of the whole value chain to problem solving and strategic mine planning.Through my extensive mining experience, from various roles (both operational and technical) at multiple operations that covered a wide range of commodities and mining methods, I gained an excellent grasp of the dynamics of a mine through the different stages the life of mine.I am always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Throughout my career I have identified multiple value maximizing opportunities through design, operational execution and technology adoption and took the lead in successfully implementing these initiatives.
