Sunshower is a developer and manufacturer of health products which can be used while taking a shower. Both UV or infrared (IR) functionalities can be used. UV light is essential for the production of vitamin D. Additional, IR light stimulates blood circulation and decrease muscle pain. In the role of Product Development Engineer I am involved in the development of new products, additional to the current product portfolio.  I am responsible for the complete development process: product ideas, concepts, prototyping and end products, etc , as well as carrying out product tests and developing tools for assembly and production.   It is my job to translate user needs to new products, in consultation with the managing board. Occasionally, in collaboration with external designers I develop the products’ look and feel. I find it a technical challenge to engineer products in such a way that they are safe, reliable and of high quality. Together with suppliers and manufactures, I make sure this results in high quality Sunshower devices ,which can be used safely while taking a shower.

Cleopatra is a manufacturer of luxurious, high quality wellness products and produces baths, whirlpools, steamcabins and steamshowers. Cleopatra offers solutions for both the private and professional market. Cleopatra is a subsidiary of Hansgrohe SE. In the role of Product Development Engineer I am involved in the development of new products for the wellness market. I am responsible for the complete development process: product ideas, concepts, prototyping and end products, etc. It is my job to translate consumer needs to new products, in consultation with the Sales department. In collaboration with designers I develop the products’ look and feel. I find it a technical challenge to engineer products in such a way that they are safe, reliable and of high quality. Together with suppliers and manufactures, I make sure water and electricity can be used in the same product.

TTd develops interiors of commercial vehicles for companies with large vehicle fleets and companies with (technical) complex cars.In the role of Industrial Design Engineer I was responsible for the complete design process, from idea till the production of the vehicles. Main part of my job was to do all manufacturing engineering for our production department. As project leader I was responsible for our client Schiphol Airport. The design of these technical complex cars was discussed with the end users, and finally built in our production.

InteSpring is a design- and research agency specialised in developing products with spring mechanisms and mechatronics. As a Industrial Design Engineer I made a redesign of the MobileScreen as a project. The MobileScreen is a movable LCD display with a mechanical spring mechanism that can be used for presentations on various locations.

Fast & Fluid Management (F&FM) is a manufacturer of paint dispensers, paint shakers and paint mixers. F&FM operates world wide. In continuation of my graduation project I further developed and realised the powder dispensing machine I designed. I was responsible for the technical design and the realisation of a fully functional prototype. A physical project transfer to Fluid Management USA was my completion of this project.

Fast & Fluid Management is a manufacturer of paint dispensers, paint shakers and paint mixers who operates world wide.For my graduation project I had to develop a dispensing system for powder coating powder. I did the design and development of a new powder dispenser for the powder coating industry, including an additional study to verify financial and technical feasibility by means of a working prototype.
