There is constant communication going on with my team on the production floor, and I am updated at all times on the running of the plant.Most recently, we have created a new packaging division inside Kroonpress called Box'n'Bag. I am responsible for deploying the latest production machinery and creating optimal workflows for our newest packaging products. We are also extensively hiring candidates, and part of my job is to interview and make sure we get the right talent for our work to create well-functioning teams.Box'n'Bag Factory is a packaging and printing company based in Estonia. We specialize in making all kinds of packaging, whether it is for fast food, beverages, wet labels, or (primary packaged) food products. We are a part of Kroonpress AS, a leader in the Baltics printing industry with customers across Europe.
