Feb 2010 - Feb 2013I-15 Core Project, Utah County, UtahResponsible for the inspection and documentation services for Quality Assurance associated with all work for improvements of the I-15 CORE project. The $1.7B project has been an historic project designated as the fastest billion dollar project ever completed in the United States! The project improved and widened 26 miles of I-15 interstate, replaced 57 structures and all interchanges throughout the corridor. My involvement as the Area 3 QA Manager was exemplary to the other areas as to how QA process worked. We led the way in demonstrating to the Owner (UDOT) how projects of this size and scale could be successfully executed. Through careful management of resources and inspectors, we were able to lead both the Owner and Contractor through an aggressive schedule to an even more impossible project completion. Congratulations are in order for all who participated! -
