With major supply disruptions in 2021 and 2022 combined with heavy inflation it was fantastic having close relationships with key suppliers but also global alternatives to build up 2nd sources. I counted more than 150 flights in the last 7 years and met many capable suppliers in China, India, Corea etc. and integrated best ones as new suppliers. It is a pleasure working with our 29 manufacturing and service sites worldwide and all Engineering, Production and Finance departments to strengthen our competitiveness in the market with great team efforts and many common projects. With a good plan and team efforts we are resilient in such dynamic market and grew OP Margins and Sales since 2016 with double digits CAGR and generated leading positions for all our machine applications.
