Over the years I have had the previlege to work all over Europe, on short term contracts.I had a house in Spain for 12 years and I was renovating it. At the time working short term was ideal for me. I sold my house and went traveling, house-sitting on a farm and working at festivals as stage Manager too.I got to see a lot of the world and picked up a lot of positive influence, also during my travelling trough Marokko, India and Thailand. During the winter seasons I used to work in France in the ski-resort.I am fluent in Spanish, can read and write, but I was born in Brasil, in the North (Belem). I am half Brazilian and half German. My father was from Hannover, but he also traveled a lot. I never totally learned the german language but I am picking it up very fast.I lived in the UK too on my early years and had a son. He is now 21 and at uni in Manchester.Because I traveled so much I have a passion for food and picked up a passion for cooking. I can turn my hands to anything. I am confidend in cooking vegetarian and vegan food.When I was in Brazil I had many animals including snakes and a sloth.We also had many dogs,sometimes up to 15. I am very confortable around dogs.I have attached my CV with this E-Mail. It gives you a bit more of an insight.I must add that I am now 39, in June I will be 40. Until now I have never had to think about a more permanente job. I really feel the need to have more stability in my life with a long term position, but will consider short term as well.
