The Master Thesis was carried out in collaboration with SSNC (Naturskyddsföreningen) and KOEN (Kenya Organic Agriculture Network) in Nairobi, Kenya. The purpose was to explore how to successfully link small-scale farmers on the countryside to the local business sector in urban Nairobi, by applying the concepts of Inclusive Business Models and Short Food Supply Chains. The Thesis was awarded Sparbankstiftelsen Färs & Frostas price for outstanding thesis within sustainable development during fall 2020.

Co-creator of Lund Technical University's premiere networking organization for women. We arranged events for our members with the goal of promoting women’s place in the tech. industry. We also coordinated a mentorship program where students were assigned a female mentor in their professional field. The work was challenging both physically and mentally, but it taught me how to thrive in the face of adversity and it was incredibly gratifying. I received formal training in youth education, fire safety, communications, and life-saving.
