Her expertise encompasses bid management, the mentoring and training of best practice bidding techniques, and the facilitation of workshops such as Win Strategy, Storyboard, Lessons Learned, and Governance Reviews. Gerda is APMP Certified. Gerda is experienced in all aspects of capture and bid management, proposal production, governance preparation, bid planning, risk management and bidding best practice training and coaching. She is also experienced in event coordination, spanning both business and celebratory events. Using best practice alongside direct experience in bid and proposal development, Gerda has assumed responsibility for the bid management of tenders and coaching of staff involved in multi-billion- pound and multi-million-dollar bids.
