A 1950 design of which was engineered strong and light for the sole purpose of crossing oceans. Built from 1960-1990, Aunty Jack has already had a rich history racing in port phillip bay. Now in the hands of Skipper and Chef Gere, she is set to embark on her most exciting voyage yet. The Chef: Chef Gere stands with a long history in the service industry. Mostly self taught, has strong focus on sustainability, whole produce and minimising waste. Gere's creative flare shines with simple cooking techniques and carful applications of colour. His style of cooking, a rendition of a contemporary Australian cuisine, is surely something not to be missed.
