I grew up in two of the most innovative places in the world - the Silicon Valley in Northern California & SoHo in New York City where I was able to witness the intersection of art & technology, these early years have informed my personal & professional life.My professional journey can be divided into three distinct chapters. During the first chapter, I worked in marketing & advertising for well-known international brands such as Nike, Coca-Cola, American Express, Adidas, Apple, Levi's, Mercedes, Nordstrom & Volkswagen. My roles have varied from producer & account executive to agent, costume designer & Creative Director.The second chapter of my journey began at the age of 30 when I founded Geren Ford, a successful women's contemporary fashion brand. As the CEO and Creative Director, I helped lead the company to creative recognition, profitability & a global retail presence. Combining the experiences from both chapters led me to the third & current chapter of my professional journey.With my current chapter, I focus on building brands that encourage positive change through everyday choices. Most recently by incubating CANAVA, a platform for the conscious consumer that combines content & product to help create a world where we can live well, be well & do good simultaneously. Alongside this, I work as a senior executive and creative consultant for established brands such as J.Crew, West Elm, Bonobos, Kjaer Weis, 20th Century Fox & others.My ultimate goal is to live an authentic & adventurous life with a global perspective, filled with curiosity, creativity & a deep passion for discovering new cultures.✷ Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating and partnering with hundreds of innovative & best-in-class brands worldwide.✷ I have designed & produced more than 70 apparel & accessory collections.✷ I have worked as a key costume designer on over 150 commercials & have played roles as a producer, agent, or exec-producer on over 100 more.✷ Collaboration is one of my top priorities & I have been fortunate enough to work with many talented directors, photographers, artists, executives, designers, actors, athletes & personalities worldwide.✷ I have recruited & managed hundreds of team members across various disciplines.✸ My designs have been worn by notable celebrities, styled by top fashion & costume experts & garnered a long list of film & TV placements - all earned, none paid.✷ I have worked in 36 countries across six continents & 20 states in the US.✷ My work has garnered hundreds of earned media placements.

I Identified our market opportunity for a new world vertical brand focused on the intersection of function and narrative products offering a modern accessible luxury. Fashion at a price that isn't "fast fashion".
