At Osborne Clarke, Germany I lead the firm's innovation initiative and supervise the digitization of Osborne Clarke Germany's internal processes as well as the implementation and roll-out of legal tech. Throughout my career I have led and supported several projects, optimizing a company's processes within the law department and on the interfaces to other business functions. At Honeywell's corporate headquarters in New Jersey (USA), I was involved in the structuring of contract management processes and in introducing technical support systems for the legal department.I regularly speak at conferences on technology law topics and hold seminars on international contract law.I am a Partner at Osborne Clarke, Germany. I advise customers and suppliers on international and complex technology and outsourcing projects and other technology related matters, including system development transactions, ERP projects, software licensing arrangements, cloud and software as a service type arrangements. A special focus of my work is working on the interface of digital business and the energy sector, advising on cleantech projects and on IT and BPO outsourcing projects in the Energy sector. I also support clients in structuring new business models on the interface between digital business and energy. In the area of renewables, I have expertise in drafting contracts for planning, construction and maintenance of energy projects and I support projects in Germany and abroad, taking on the legal project management for clients.I also have profound knowledge of the legal in-house world having worked at Honeywell International, as commercial counsel for an Motorola and as senior counsel for First Solar.
