Provide support to Hiring Managers in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle; monitor applicant tracking system and respond to all inquiries within a timely manner; review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens; schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers; perform data entry of candidate activities.Maintain all logs (new hire, termination, transfers, department meetings, turnover reports) daily by period and prepare reports in a timely, accurate manner.Assists in coordinating special projects and events i.e. monthly team member recognition events, service training.Supports positive team member relations through the administration, coordination, communication and application of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
