I love technology and seek possibilities how to use it and improve processes with it in my professional and personal life.I started my career in Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing. Over the years I found out that next to my day-to-day job I'm really enthusiastic about getting know to the technologies / digital processes we use, and I'm eager to find ways to improve them. I experimented with basic Excel, Shell and ERP scripting, and using online productivity tools for collaboration (Sharepoint / OneDrive). It fascinated me that with a mix of these I was able to reduce a lot of manual labour and improve productivity not for just myself, but for others in my department. When the opportunity came, I switched to ERP consulting, because I felt that this is the right career path for me. I want to be involved in software projects where we are improving processes for businesses, departments, teams and individuals. This is what gets me enthusiastic, this is the domain where I can perform at my best.In recent years my main area of interest / hobby was experimenting with knowledge work process optimization through principles and tools of LEAN, and how teams could benefit from utilizing these principles in cooperation with online collaboration systems.I'm an advocate of diversity. I worked and lived in multi-national environments since my high school years. I'm eager to understand other cultures and find ways to cooperate with them.
