As a co-founder and board member of the Innovations in Software Technologies Association (ISTA), I'm proud to have helped establish ISTA as a leading software engineering forum in Central and Eastern Europe. Our focus is on highlighting innovation in software and providing a top networking platform for our members. Overcoming challenges, including the pandemic, we've successfully hosted our largest online conference with 5,000 viewers, a testament to our growth and resilience in the tech community.

As Founder and CEO of SMBuild, I led the company's dual focus on real estate transactions and the development of cutting-edge software. My experience in steering SMBuild involved strategic oversight of real estate investments and technological innovation. I successfully blended property development expertise with a keen understanding of technology to create solutions that modernized and streamlined real estate processes.

At NaXex Technological Development Ltd., a subsidiary of Invesus Financial Services Group, I led the transformation from a startup to an enterprise-level organization. We specialized in advanced technological solutions, enhancing trading experiences across various platforms and handling over a billion transactions yearly. Under my guidance, NaXex saw a threefold increase in both revenue and headcount, significantly bolstering the triple-digit growth of the Invesus Financial Services Group. Additionally, I ensured NaXex's role as a responsible entity in Bulgaria's ICT sector, engaging in numerous social, professional, and educational initiatives.

Over 12 years at SAP, I embarked on an extraordinary technological and methodological transformation journey. I began as a Java Server Developer (2003-2006), focusing on designing and developing Java EE 5 server components, leading to the delivery of SAP's first JavaEE5-compliant application server.Elevating to Team Lead (2006-2009), I led a highly skilled team responsible for the EJB container of the SAP Java Server. Our team was known for its expertise and potential in handling complex software challenges.In 2008, as a part of SAP's sCOD Chief Architecture Team in Budapest, I contributed to the custom development organization, being part of the chief architecture team.Progressing to Development Manager (2009-2015), I was at the forefront of SAP's transition from on-premise application servers (SAP Java Server) to on-demand PaaS (SAP HANA Cloud Platform). Our shift from waterfall to agile and DevOps methodologies shortened delivery cycles from annual to bi-weekly. We were often the pioneering location within the SAP universe for these groundbreaking transformations.This tenure at SAP was a period of professional growth and a testament to my ability to lead through times of significant technological evolution, always aiming for innovation and excellence in software development.
