In this position, I have a chance to help out with several projects.The most important thing I work on is the staff development process. I with my team make comprehensive learning courses for all kinds of areas for our shop associates and we make tests too so we can make sure they understood what they heard.A month ago there was no education for the student workers in the stores. Now we solved this problem by making an education material from scratch for them and now they be a lot more effective help in the first weeks of the employment they can now do the 60% of tasks at first glance and because of that their work value in the first month rose from 20% to 45%Our department took over the control of the store's radio communication system. Now we handle all of the devices.I have the main position in this project. We keep track of all the devices and transport as well. I learned the whole installation process and I have a completely comprehensive picture of how the system works. I also teach the installation and proper use of the quail communication system. With this coordinated system, we managed to lower the costs by reducing the misuse and cost resulting from inadequate inventoryAnother thing I'm working on is test purchases, to see how useful and good the processes and things we have introduced have been. In the meantime, we communicate with those who work there and ask for their opinion, as they see the process completely and how useful and feasible it is in practice. The last thing I want to mention is the online customer feedback. I organize these comments and make a report out of them. This helps the work of the management. With this we can find out which areas need more attention from the customer's point of view and where there may be potential problems to work on, so considering these trends, we can find the problem before it can be measured in numbers.
