Community organising, ‘door-knocking’, volunteer coordinating in one of Budapest’s most disadvantageous neighbourhood, organising community events, fundraising campaigns

Managing and coordinating the following projects in Hétes settlement, Ózd: - Debt management, legal clarification, setting up a debt management work-group with local authorities, micro-credit program - Developmental and tutoring sessions, reducing school absenteeism of more than 200 children in Ózd by 80% (according to schools’ reports) - coordinating 80+ volunteers - Restoring the public lighting in Hétes telep, Ózd, replacing the old and life- threatening wire system + set up prepaid electricity meters - Building a two storey community house/laundry within the settlement (from ground) - Monitoring the Service’s ongoing projects all over Hungary, preparing final reports and summary of achievements.

OD (Organization Development): participating in numerous projects, co-writing training materials, co-preparing Assessment Centre process for Deutsche Telekom's management and supporting indoor/outdoor training programs as well as ‘have fun’ activities
