Commercial Investments Involved with the sale and acquisition of commercial property nationwide, dealing with a wide range of sectors, including offices, retail, industrial, alternative and mixed-use opportunities. My experience includes dealing with £100m+ of property transactions, mainly in the region of £2 - £15m value on behalf of private investors and institutional funds. Recently more involved with repurposing retail buildings. July 2015 - Sept 2018 Lease Consultancy team I focused on lease renewals, re-gears and rent reviews on a range of commercial property, mainly offices, retail and industrial - in order to increase client's return and capital value of property and to realise extra value from assets by repurposing them into the most financially viable use. I advise clients on rental values but more importantly provide a tailor-made strategy that is unique to each client's property/case to help them achieve the best outcome. I have been involved in assisting third party submissions for rent reviews and assisted with the preparation of court cases on lease renewals. I was also involved with the negotiations of lease surrenders in order to repurpose an asset, for example unused retail space on upper floors into residential accomodation. So far, I have worked on clients' portfolios, including M7 Asset Management and SIG Trading, CBRE GI, Aviva, Pearl and Coutts and Hillview Group.
