I joined to the management team in 2014 as Assistant Store Manager after the acquisition of the franchise business. I oversaw the implementation of PVH corporation's policies and procedures. From January 2015 until October 2015 I ran the store. During this time the store was ranked in the Top 10 'Mystery Shopper' List.Key deliverables:• Drive sales targets• Analyze sales performance across departments• Create weekly sell-thru reports and stock orders• Engage the Buying Team on stock• Full responsible for all Visual Merchandising aspect of the store

My main role as a new member of the management team was to unskill staff members on new customer service protocols designed to help improve sales performance and customer experience.I was required to act as deputy to the Concession Manager when required.I was responsible for ‘World of Man’ including all file system and merchandising, stock control, stock replenishment and staff training.Was fully responsible for all aspect of Visual Merchandising in the whole concession.I was required to work with other departments to launch new collections, promotions, sales and floor moves.

My talent and skill-set was quickly recognised and I was promoted and moved to Tommy Hilfiger Concession, Arnotts Department Store as a Floor Manager.
